Case Designs offer a free initial consultation to ascertain your project’s requirements. We will discuss the various different options available to you and the possible costs involved. From this meeting we will prepare a detailed quote of our fees and advise you of any additional professional or application costs that will be incurred.

SITE SURVEY

Before design work begins a full survey of the site and structures will be required. All surveying charges are included in our price plan. Surveying will take between 2 to 4 hours, size dependent, at which time access to all current structures and the site area will be required. On completion of the survey we will create a set of ‘Existing Floor Plan’ drawings.

FEASIBILITY STUDY

PLANNING APPLICATIONS

Case Designs have the expertise and knowledge to take care of your planning requirements from concept through the planning process, to the end planning decision.

We will advise you on the correct type of permission you require e.g. Full plans, Outline, Change of use, Permitted development etc. Then we will produce comprehensive drawings to submit to the local authority along with the relevant forms.

We will liaise with the planning authority throughout the planning process to ensure the best chance of planning permission being granted. If we do not think a proposed scheme will get approval, we will advise at the outset and offer advice on how we think it could be amended to ensure the best chance of approval.

Once the submission is made we will check the application frequently and provide you with updates on your application so you are in control and fully informed at each and every stage.

BUILDING REGULATIONS

Any project requiring construction work will require Building Regulation approval.

At Case Designs we pride our technical knowledge in producing clear, detailed and concise drawings which are specifically detailed to your project. The drawings only contain information that is relevant to the specific project and the level of detail in the drawings will improve the quality & speed of the construction process, saving time and money.

Case Designs will take care of all the work involved with obtaining Building Regulations approval for the pre-construction process. We will discuss with you all the necessary work involved, obtain Building Control fees for your project and produce professional detailed drawings for the construction phase.

All of our drawings are approval stamped by Building Control for compliance to all the current building regulations before they are issued to you. Our expertise and close working relationship with Local Authority and private Approved Building Control companies ensure a quick and efficient service.
