Matt has over 10 years of Architectural design experience as a qualified Architectural Technician. He has previously worked for some of the country’s largest construction companies including Charles Church, Persimmon, Bloor Homes as well as some of the smaller local developers which has given an insight of projects large and small. Before working in the construction sector Matt worked as a product designer which has proved invaluable experience to my practical and visualisation skills.
Matt founded Case Designs in 2010 on simple core values: a forward thinking and approachable, design-led practice delivering innovative, affordable architecture to individual domestic clients . Case Designs is now approaching its seventh year and has completed over 250 individual projects in that time, delivering a high standard of service for our clients and continuing to grow as a business year on year.
Simon became a director of Case Designs in 2014. Having previously owned a successful construction company for over 10 years, Lovells Building Services he worked for a number of years building projects designed by Case Designs.
Becoming a business partner with Matt, forming one business from Lovells and Case Designs was an obvious good fit as we can now offer our clients a full range of services from the conceptual design to the building completion all under one roof.
Simon previously worked as a contractor supervisor for Scanska on large scale commercial projects such as The Portman Building in Bournemouth and for Relkin’s on The International Babmington Center in Milton Keynes to name a few. Taking the knowledge and skills from his previous roles Simon founded Lovells Building Services in 2006 and built up a successful, reputable construction company working in the domestic sector, building anything from extensions to new builds. Simon qualified as a CAD designer at Poole Technical College and has over 10 years of experience in preparing planning & construction drawings for domestic clients as well having an extensive knowledge & training of CDM 2015.
Caroline joined the team in 2015 having worked as a facilities manager for Arena Business Centres for 10 years. Caroline’s previous experience makes her an invaluable member of the team leaving the day to day running of the office in her capable hands.
Jean joined the team in 2015 having worked as an accounts manager for Lovells Building Services and more recently shares her time & expertise with ourselves and local property development company. With an eye for detail and her extensive accountancy knowledge Jean keeps the hub of the business running smoothly.
