Case Designs is a dynamic architectural design consultancy based in Wimborne Dorset offering friendly, professional architectural services.
The Team specialise in preparing planning applications and building regulation drawings for extensions and conversions to existing properties, right through to the design of bespoke new build homes.
Established in 2008 by Matthew Newman, Case Designs offers a professional architectural design service throughout the South of England.
As an Architectural Technician Matthew has previously produced construction drawings for some of the country’s largest residential construction companies and local contractors.
In 2014 Simon Wyatt joined the team with a wealth of experience from the Construction Industry, having been a Project Manager on many large scale developments for some of the South’s leading construction companies, and then Director of his own company for over 10 years.
Case Designs can provide a variety of architectural & CAD draughting services, from building design and planning right through to managing the pre-construction phase of your project.

Case Designs offer a free initial consultation to ascertain your project’s requirements. We will discuss the various different options available to you and the possible costs involved. From this meeting we will prepare a detailed quote of our fees and advise you of any additional professional or application costs that will be incurred.
Fixed price quotations
As all projects are so varied and bespoke a fixed price quote is prepared upfront for all of our work. We will advise you of any further professional fees so you can budget with confidence.
